Organizational Goals:

·        Contain construction and operating costs to ensure profitability of all projects.
·        Move Anil into a strategic leadership role by the end of 2011
·        Manage and decrease debt load and resulting risk.
·        Sell 30 houses in next 12 months.


The mission for the Salesperson is to support the Build to Last team by selling homes as they are ready in a timely and profitable manner; to ensure cash flow for growth.


·        Sit in a show home for Build to Last from 8:00 to 4:00 daily Monday thru Thursday; Saturday & Sunday from 10:00 to 4:00; closed Sunday
·        Follow up with potential customers and check in with office on a weekly basis with a written report of traffic (form to be provided)
·        Have clients sign initial contracts and support close of sale.
·        Follow-up on all potential leads and generate additional traffic to the show home.
·        Provide innovative ideas to speed up the sales process

  • Calm under Pressure:  Maintains stable performance when under heavy pressure or stress.
  • Comfortable Working Alone:  Self motivated to produce results, to be on time, to generate leads, etc. without direct supervision.   Has a track record of achieving sales results.
  • Communication:   Speaks and writes clearly and articulately without being overly verbose or talkative; able to convince others to pursue a course of action.
