Coordinate and facilitate all data entry, contracts, received from the Centre of Excellence, Customer Service and all Western Branch offices.


„« Accurate and Complete Entry of Customer Information: Record all customer information into the SecureNet database.
„« Action Queue Maintenance: Ensure all actions assigned to the Data Entry queue are reviewed & maintain on a daily basis. As well as to ensure all day-to-day information received is completed on the same day received
„« Process all contracts required from the data entry process to be issues to Reliance Protectron customers;
„« Receive and process information from the customers to order LifeCall systems;
„« Review LifeCall invoices and overdue letters on a daily basis;
„« Accurately input all relevant customer information into Reliance Protectron¡¦s database for the purpose of providing detailed customer reporting;
„« Acquire and maintain knowledge of Reliance Protectron¡¦s corporate objectives. Maintain and promote staff morale through positive attitudes and social aspects of Reliance Protectron¡¦s working environment;
„« Attend and actively participate in team meetings and provide constructive solutions to business needs;
„« Other affiliated duties related to the job or upon immediate supervisor¡¦s request.


„« High School Diploma required;
„« One year experience in data entry or administration is an asset, however, any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities may be considered;
„« Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms and other office procedures and terminology;
„« Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of satisfaction;
„« Proficient in Microsoft office and the Internet.
