Handling mail and couriers, filing and photocopying as required. Preparing weekly/monthly/quarterly newsletters or reports, editing PowerPoint presentations etc. Updating and maintaining price lists as needed. Assisting with coordination of company meetings, tradeshows and events including employee training functions. Organize and manage showroom and boardroom; manage boardroom and equipment bookings Tracking and managing distribution of corporate literature, office supplies, cell phones, marketing materials, tradeshow materials and the corporate wiki library. Other related admin. tasks as required Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications: 3-5 years related administrative experience required.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Functional proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, In Design and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills including the ability to work effectively under pressure and deploying exceptional attention to detail.
