Department Overview
TD Canada Trust is TD Bank Financial Group's customer-focused personal and small business banking business. Job Description
In this leadership position, you will coach, develop and manage the sales team, including Financial Advisors and Financial Services Representatives. You will lead and coach our employees towards achieving business, professional and personal developmental objectives. Share advice giving strategies with the team to improve the overall customer experience, while taking an active role in growing the business through developing existing and new business opportunities. As well, you will be responsible for general branch administration, product launches and campaigns.

Job Requirements
You have a university degree or community college diploma and a minimum of five years work experience in a retail or financial services environment, with several years of previous people management experience. You are an excellent communicator and have proven problem-solving, decision-making and time management skills along with a passion for building lasting relationships with customers.

Successful candidates will possess their Mutual Fund License (IFC or CSC) and will be required to obtain their BCO designation.

You will be teamed with a knowledgeable coach who will give you an overview of the job. You will also take part in an in-branch development program and in-house training. It is a learning experience that leads to growth and success at TD Canada Trust.

Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays on a rotational basis as part of the branch team is required.
